Money is the cause for sorrow

This world has been changing a lot, in the sense of technology and becoming a global market. New threats like AIDS, Pollution and Population are continuously increasing. But the main reason for my worry is that the people are forgetting their values and their roots, that are very essential for the success of a man or society.
We are forgetting to respect a man for his skills, potential, good habits, kindness and helping nature. We consider a man's status while dealing with him.
We also doubt that involving in a common man's problems may reduce our status or there may be no difference in ourself and him.
The main reason for this behavior is money !
Yes, it has brought all these changes in our character and attitude.
Dont forget that when a man is born, he didn't possess any money or while leaving this world, he wont take any money with him.
There are many people in the world who dont fill their stomach every day. There are lakhs of children who still dream of school. If money is the only need for a man or society, then remember that all the problems in this world will not be solved by money itself.
Helping each other, maintaining good social relations is very very essential for the progress or upliftment of a society. And for this to happen, we have to keep aside the differences in ourselves in status and show some humanity towards all beings.
God might have given us a good family, wealth and health, and wished us to distribute happiness among others around us. It is not the mistake of a person if he was not born in a rich family.
So please understand and help the poor people and make them happy. Help them as much as you can, with money, education, food or whatever they need.
Then God will be happy with you.

GET HER (funny video)

9 important health tips

Please follow these health tips. They are very useful in maintaining your health and fitness:

Don’t Smoke - One of the main reasons why people decide not to give up smoking, and sadly, the reason why some people take it up is the effect smoking supposedly has on weight gain or loss. It is true that smoking has been associated with an increase in metabolism it is a drug!! However it is a dangerous, addictive drug and surely the tiny effect it has on your metabolism is outweighed by the huge risk of dying from lung cancer.

Drink More Water - You can live three weeks without food, However you can only live for three days without fluid, just think 3 days and its all over, one could suggest that water is fairly important! Your body is anywhere between 60 and 70 percent fluid. The fluid in your body is responsible for helping to keep every system of your body in good working order, including all of your metabolic processes. De-hydrate and everything slows down. The fluid in your body will also ensure that you can move well and be active. If you start to dehydrate, your body’s ability to do basic activities will slow down and your ability to exercise effectively or even enjoy exercise will be reduced. You will feel tired, lethargic and will probably get a headache.

Eat A Variety Of Foods - For protection from the majority of illnesses such as heart disease and cancer, you need a variety of foods that deliver that mix of nutrients and minerals. Aim to eat different colored fruits and vegetables. Try to eat a different food each month. Eat an apple a day as the apple pectin cleanses the body’s digestive system by removing toxins and therefore preventing degenerative health problems such as cancer.

Relax For 20 Minutes a Day - Relaxing for at least 20 minutes a day will go a long way to reduce blood pressure and your reactions to stress. Sit or lie somewhere comfortable, Breathe slowly in and out of the nostrils breathing deeply into your abdomen. Say HAM as you inhale and SA as you exhale. These suggestions are charged with positive energy and will help you control your emotions. Try once a day for fantastic results.

Floss Every Day - Flossing your teeth every day is the best way to prevent gum disease and protect your heart. Gum disease, which is left untreated, can lead to inflammatory reactions in the body that can trigger heart disease and stroke.

Drink More Tea - Try drinking more tea instead of coffee to help protect your body from damaging effects of free radicals. Tea is a rich source of antioxidants that play a big role in protecting against some cancers and cardiovascular disease.

Get Active - Aerobic activity not only burns calories but also increases your metabolism and can keep it elevated for several hours after a workout. You don’t need to spend hours each day on the treadmill or bike to reap the benefits. Exercising aerobically for as little as 20 minutes, three to five days a week will make a big difference. Extra movement throughout the day is also essential, take the stairs instead of the lift, lose the remote and move at every opportunity you can.

Get More Sleep – Lack of sleep changes your hormone levels and capacity to metabolize carbohydrates so less sleep = slower metabolism. Studies have revealed that deep sleep causes cell repair and cell growth, which will speed up the metabolism and burn calories. So aim to get at least eight hours sleep a night.

Eat More Protein – Protein stimulates the major brain chemical dopamine which keeps us alert, try chicken or tuna salads for lunch. Go for complex carbohydrates rather than white flour and sugar, as they will provide a sustained energy source as opposed to a quick hit. Another reason to leave simple carbohydrate out of the diet is that they have a negative effect on your skin and how it ages. The more sugar that is in the body the more you force a chemical reaction causing sugars to attach to proteins and this is very detrimental to your skin.

Traffic jams in Hyderabad

These days, traffic jams have become common in Hyderabad. It is a hell to travel in the roads of the city especially, in the evening time. Lots and lots of vehicles are coming to the roads daily which increase the risk of traffic jam.
When rain occurs on a day, it makes the situation worse. One cant expect to reach home early and a lot of time is wasted just in moving few files ahead.
It is also a problem for the patients travelling in ambulances when they get stopped in traffic jams.

The AP government has not taken sufficient measures for the prevention of heavy traffic jams for many years. Every year, many vehicles are coming to roads but the roads are not widened up. Flyovers can reduce the problem a bit, though, but not sufficient. And every person wants to have his/her own vehicle and many people have the habit of maintaining more than one vehicle in their home, probably one for each job holder in their home. I hope traffic havoc is not going to stop in the near future, with many vehicles coming to city roads daily, but the road is limited.
People want to reach fast to their destinations and this causes jams and violation of rules.
So how to prevent traffic jams? Well, we have to follow certain measures for avoiding traffic jams frequently in the city.

1. Everyone has to follow the traffic rules, be it a leader or a labourer. The people violating the rules must be fined immediately on the road.
2. There must be sufficient traffic constables for each junction in the city, who are skilled and efficient in handling traffic.
3. Ambulances must be given immediate side on the road, as the patient inside may be in a critical condition.
4. No permissions must be given for rallies, meetings, parties or show-ups in the busy roads. Better to have a common place for all of these, which is rid of traffic.
5. Passengers must be educated properly on the traffic rules, and they must be aware of the fact that everyone needs to follow traffic rules and extend support from their side. They should leave the thought of driving fastly or reaching early, and think of others' comfort, along with their safety.
6. Roads must be divided into very narrow lanes such that only 2 vehicles can pass at a time. Also speed breakers must be employed for every kilometer. So every driver has to go slowly. This prevents accidents.
7. It is recommended to use public transport facility to the maximum extent rather than using individual vehicles, and also carry along one member of our family with us (without using their own vehicles.
8. Roads must be widened wherever necessary and more flyovers must be built.
9. Better to avoid large vehicles in the city roads as they cause inconvenience to other vehicles and cause jams.
10. We should invent such a personal vehicle that goes at a maximum speed of 30 kmph and which is small and handy. Then no accidents and jams and we enjoy safe driving.

Austin Stevens

Here i want to tell you about an interesting personality, Austin Stevens.
You might have watched him in Animal Planet in some adventurous shows like "Austin Stevens: Most Dangerous" performing some dangerous feats. He has lot of guts and doesn't fear from any animal. He has a great passion for animals, especially snakes.
Stevens was first interested with snakes when he became a teenager. He brought snakes home when he found them. His house was inhabited by many snakes.
Austin served in the South African Army during the war in Angola, during which he was called upon to identify and remove snakes from the battlefield or anywhere where they bothered his fellow troops.
After the war Austin left the army, to take up the position as curator of reptiles from the director of the Transvaal Snake Park. Over the course of six years, Austin underwent training and became a fully qualified herpetologist.
Stevens lives in Swakopmund, Namibia, sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the desolate vastness of the Namib Desert.[2] Stevens stays fit and sharp by practising martial arts, in particular, nunchaku. He claims it keeps his reflexes heightened when working with venomous snakes.

Yoga for everyone

It is highly recommended to perform some yoga asanas in our daily life that are very much needed for everyone, irrespective of his/her age.
Some of the asanas which are very powerful and yield highly positive results are: Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Makarasana, Paschimotthasana and Padmasana. These are very beneficial asanas and anyone can perform them easily without much difficulty. You can refer to some websites or books on how to perform these asanas.

But some important facts you need to consider before doing asanas:
1. Dont do any asana when you are hungry
2. Dont do any asana vigorously. You need to go slowly until you gain enough proficiency
3. Dont do any asanas after taking food for atleast 2.5 hours. Its better to perform asanas when you are half-hungry. Morning time is the best time or the time after you finish your latrine and bath.
4. It will give good results if you drink a glass of water before you start asanas
5. Dont spend too much time for each asana. Only 1 or 2 minutes are required. But you can stay in Vajrasana, Padmasana and Makarasana for upto 5 minutes. It is good to repeat each asana twice or thrice with a gap of 30 seconds.
6. It is very advisable to perform meditation in Padmasana. It yields concentration and memory power.
7. Paschimotthasana is a bit difficult of these 5 asanas, especially for the people who have fat bodies and heavy stomach. But it is an asana which comes to perfection by practice. If you cant bend completely, it is recommended to bend as much as you can with out any pain and stay for atleast 10 seconds in that position (no pain). It has extra-ordinary advantages like making your body slim (especially waist portion), improving resistance and making your brain cool.
8. Practice regularly these asanas for a sound health, physically and mentally.
